Job Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the whole spectrum of human resources tasks, including recruitment, on-boarding, coaching, performance management, compensation & benefit, employee engagement and compliance initiatives. Be leading a HR/Admin team, you shall act as a business partner to provide quality HR/Admin support to optimise people, structure, policies and processes in line with business’ objectives.
- Manage monthly payroll process as well as salary reviews and bonus payments, ensuring alignment with staff work performance. Ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly CPF and Tax filings for all employees.
- Liaise and correspond with various government and statutory boards for all HR-related issues, including surveys, e-submissions, and employee statistics for government reporting.
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment activities, lead efforts to hire and onboard new employees for vacant positions, and conduct new employee orientation.
- Lead and facilitate performance management systems for performance appraisals, annual increments, dispute handling, and talent retention
- Manage the employment exit processes and conduct exit interviews to identify the reasons behind employee separations.
- Develop employee relations practices that foster engagement, enhance morale, and provide management direction and counselling regarding policies, and procedures.
- Continuously review HR policies, procedures, and the company handbook to align with the labour legislation and future business needs, while maintaining a competitive pay and benefits structure to enhance productivity and process efficiency.
- Investigate workplace accidents and prepare reports for the insurance carriers.
- Manage the HR/Admin team to provide general support, including supplies, office equipment, and facilities maintenance
- Co-manage the maintenance of office premises maintenance including lease agreement and usage.
- Renew company insurance policies, including business risk coverage, office buildings, and employee wellness programs. Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Familiar with and possesses strong knowledge of Employment Act, Singapore Labour Laws and Legislations.
- Experience in handling BIPO Human Resource Management System is preferred A team player with good written and verbal communication skills
